There's a particular kind of stillness that follows a hard week. Not peace exactly — more like the world holding its breath. I've been sitting in that stillness, trying to figure out what it's asking of me.
The way light came through the window at 7am and made everything look like a painting. A stranger who held the door and smiled like they meant it. How a single good song can shift the whole shape of a day.
